The largest portion of the rollout took place on the Vadodara-Virar section under Western Railway. • Northern Railway: Tughlakabad to Palwal (35 km)

• East Central Railway: Manpur to Sarmatnar (93.3 km)

The remaining 93.3 km was commissioned on the Manpur–Sarmatnar section of East Central Railway, improving safety in an operationally sensitive region that supports both passenger and goods traffic.
